I don’t know what I am looking for. Can you help?

Nina’s Bode provides personal shopping services, at no additional cost. In an effort to provide excellent and efficient service, upon scheduling please be prepared to provide information as to the event type you will be attending.  While there is no charge, an appointment is required to use this service. We want to make sure we have the time scheduled to give you our complete attention.

What if I buy the wrong size?

We will evaluate each return/exchange situation on a case-by-case matter. If you are purchasing clothing as a gift for someone else, we encourage you to give the recipient a gift card, to avoid this situation.

What if I am on a tight schedule and have not completed my shopping in the time I am there?

We will hold your selected items that day through closing, so that you  may return later to complete your purchase.

Do you accept layaway?

We’re sorry, but we do not accept purchases on a layaway program.

Is the clothing at Nina’s Bode used or damaged in any way?

Absolutely not. All merchandise offered in our store is new, personally hand-selected and inspected. We carry only merchandise that we would be proud to wear ourselves.
